Planning for your child’s education is an exciting time. For 62 years, St. Anastasia Catholic School has provided area elementary students with a faith-based education that focuses on academic excellence, moral and social development, and a sense of community. Our estimated cost to educate each student for the coming school year is approximately $7,308 per student. The tuition for the 2017/2018 school year is as follows:
- First Child $2,470
- Second Child $2,220
- Third Child $1,920
- Fourth Child $1,520
Registration materials and fees must be received and accepted by or on April 11 for existing students.
Tuition Assistance: To apply for assistance, please check the tuition assistance line and bring a copy of your 2016 Federal Tax Return to the school office no later than April 28, 2017.
WE ENCOURAGE ALL FAMILIES TO CONSIDER BECOMING SCRIP USERS and to TAKE ADVANTAGE OF THIS TUITION SAVINGS PLAN. The savings you accumulate this year will be used to reduce your tuition in 2017-18. Learn more about how the SCRIP program can be used to help offset the cost of tuition using the SCRIP Program.

Registration for the 2017/2018 school year is due to the school office by April 11, 2017. It is very important to register your children in a timely manner. If there are questions or comments regarding the tuition policy or the registration process, please contact Sheila Hendricks, Principal (587-2490) or another Education Committee member.
Three payment plans will be available in the 2017-2018 school year:
- Full tuition payment is due by September 11 otherwise it will be switched to 9 monthly payment plan. There is a $25.00 per student deduction when the tuition is paid in full by September 11, 2017.
- Automatic Withdrawal 9 MONTHLY payments from a bank or savings account. New accounts require a bank authorization form. Form is available in school office.
- Monthly payments begin in September and end in May due 20th of each month. Nine monthly payment options are set up to coincide with the school year.
We encourage families who are interested in St. Anastasia Catholic School but are experiencing financial difficulties to apply for a tuition assistance grant.
These grants are available under the following conditions and restrictions:
a. Applications should be requested when registering.
b. The Tuition Committee will meet at a later date to determine need and the grant amount to be given.
c. Application may occur at a later date if a change in your personal financial condition necessitates the need for tuition aid.
d. Financial aid will be distributed based on need and availability.
e. Pertinent financial information should be submitted when requesting a tuition grant (your most recent federal tax Form 1040).

For students inside the Hutchinson School District, bus transportation is available and provided through Vision Transportation Services.
To change an address or to be added to the bus route, please complete the Transportation Registration form and bring it to the school office.

St. Anastasia School will also have an Open House on August 30th from 5-7pm for all students and their families. At this time classrooms will be open before and after the following parent meetings:
Parent Meeting times for this day will be:
- Grade K – 6pm in the Kindergarten Classroom
- Grade K-6 – 6:30pm in the School Gymnasium
- Grade 6 – 7pm in the 6th Grade Classroom
